description:  Two sisters joyfully run through a field of red poppies. Each is holding a bouquet of flowers that they intend to give to their Mother. Perhaps it was the artist's own life that inspired this painting. Growing up with 7 sisters, Vranes can easily imagine herself with her sisters happily running through a field of poppies much like this one!
